Congratulations to our athlete of the month for July who only missed 4 days of classes Jason Nass! Jay started CrossFit about 10 years ago, took a break for about a year but has been at ASDC since January 2016. Jay said he started CrossFit because “I was getting tired of the standard chest/tris, bis/back, shoulders/legs (who am I kidding, I didn’t do legs anyway) days at the traditional gyms. I was also intrigued by the fact that some of the workouts were so short, which at the time was unconventional.” Jay has many things he loves about ASDC CrossFit but a few are the people, the accountability, the coaching, and the way it keeps all the ice cream he eats off his hips.
