Programs 2018-09-21T22:30:07+00:00

We offer group classes on a daily basis that will not only develop physical strength but mental strength as well. With our instructor led one hour classes, every workout will be different. Your body will never have the chance to adapt and improving your endurance, stamina, strength is only part of it. We are family run CrossFit facility with a family building mentality. Things you couldn’t do yesterday you will be able to do today. The best part, you have a community that supports you and will push you to be the best you possible.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. We keep away from specializing. And because of our different modalities and constantly varied workouts you will become a more well rounded human being that is prepared for the unknown and unknowable. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18 but within our gym focuses on ages 3-10. Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives. This program is designed to focus around Olympic style lifting; being a recognized USAW Weightlight club that is also a certification training facility.  Within this program we will be focusing around the rules and regulations of the sport to better prepare for competition.  Although competition is not mandatory; the emphasis and focus will be around the strength and conditioning cycles of an olympic style lifter.

“ Train for a better tomorrow; don’t focus on what you struggle with today.”

Our classes always start promptly on time; if you’re late don’t stress! We will be able to facilitate you into the class. Yet parts of the workout may be missed due to tardiness.

Cleanliness of our facility is extremely important to us; so coaches clean the gym floor after every class. We ask our athletes to clean up their equipment used during class as well. Also, we require all athletes to have separate workout shoes to prevent tracking in mud and other debris that may dirty the floor.
